Key Information

To terminate your services, submit a cancellation request at least 15 days before the expiry date. This ensures we can process your request without generating a renewal invoice.
If no termination request is received, an invoice will be generated and available in your customer area for 35 days from the issue date.
Services renew automatically if no cancellation is requested at least 15 days before expiry. Payment can be made automatically via PayPal or credit card.
If payment is not received by the product expiry date, the service will be suspended until payment is made.
For domain names, the registry charges a fee if renewal does not occur before the expiry date. This fee will be included in your invoice.
